Quality Cleaners of Carpets, Rugs and Upholstery
When we come to call there are certain procedures we will follow in
order to assess the items that are to be cleaned.
Carpets: We will check the fibre content, the construction and soil levels also check to see if the fitting is secure or if there is any pre-existing damage. A survey will be completed we’ll discuss all aspects of the work with you.
Upholstery: The fibre content and construction of the fabric will be determined and also the levels of soiling. Any pre-existing damage will be pointed out and noted.
Testing: If necessary we will carry out testing to ensure there will be no loss or running of colour, shrinkage or water marking and assess which method of cleaning will be best suited to your item.
Quote: At the end of the survey you will be left with a firm quote for the items that you require cleaning which will not change when we come to do the work.
